1. What Soka ni Kazi is

Soka ni Kazi provides football betting tips and analysis. We are a tips service. We never place bets on your behalf and never hold your stake or winnings. You place any bets yourself, on your own betting account, at your own risk.

2. Subscriptions are prepaid

Paid tiers are sold as prepaid, fixed-term subscriptions (daily, weekly, or monthly). Your access runs for the period you buy and then expires. There is no automatic renewal or auto-charge. You choose to renew.

3. No cancellation, downgrade, or refund

Because a subscription is prepaid for a fixed term, it cannot be cancelled or downgraded mid-term, and payments are non-refundable. You may upgrade to a higher tier at any time at that tier’s price. A losing tip is not a defect. You are paying for analysis, not a guaranteed outcome.

4. Responsible gambling

You must be 18 or older. Bet responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose.

5. Your account & privacy

Your account is identified by your phone number. We keep only what we need to run the service and never sell your data. Keep your PIN private.
